Information collected with your enquiry

So that we can answer usefully, we record the context you were browsing in when you got in touch:

  • the address of the page you sent the enquiry from
  • the website that referred you to us, where there was one
  • campaign tracking parameters in the link you followed, such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign
  • the station, Underground line, advertising format or case study the page related to
  • the date and time of your enquiry

This tells us which format or station prompted your enquiry, so the reply matches what you were reading. It is not used to build a profile of you, and it is not combined with information from other websites.

Website analytics

This website does not use cookies, and does not store or read information on your device.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand which pages are read and how quickly they load. Both are provided by our hosting provider and both work without cookies or browser storage. Our Cookie Policy covers this in more detail.

According to Vercel's published documentation, visitors are identified by a hash created from the incoming request rather than by a cookie or a stored identifier, and a visitor session is discarded after 24 hours. This means the analytics cannot recognise you on a later visit, and cannot follow you to another website.

Vercel's documentation lists the following as the information recorded with an analytics data point. Some of it, such as approximate location and device details, is derived from your request by Vercel's servers rather than sent by your browser:

  • the address of the page viewed, and the route pattern behind it
  • query parameters, filtered
  • the referring website
  • approximate geographic location derived from the network connection
  • browser, operating system and device type
  • page performance measurements, including which page element a measurement related to
  • the time of the event

We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, advertising or retargeting pixels, session recording or heatmapping on this website.
